Many of our policies and answers to FAQ's are listed below (list not exhaustive). If you are unable to find the information you need, contact us. Please note that our venue’s policies are subject to change with or without notice at the sole discretion of the venue.
Get tickets via The Regency Live's event page. All tickets are sold through OpenDate ticketing platform and delivered via email. They will be scanned for entry into the venue whether you have them on your phone, or print them out at home! If you would like assistance in purchasing tickets online, please call us at (417) 212- 5757.
Hard tickets are frequently available at several brick and mortar locations in town. Email shows@TheRegencyLive.com with the show you're interested in and we'll let you know which locations have hard tickets.
WE DO NOT SELL OR HONOR TICKETS FROM STUBHUB, SEATGEEK, VIVID SEATS, GAMETIME or any other third-party seller.
We recommend that you check your email immediately after purchasing tickets to confirm receipt. If you don't see the email right away, check your spam/junk folder. If you can't find the email, or lose it, email shows@theregencylive.com with the name of the show and the first and last name used to purchase the tickets and we'll resend your ticket(s).
All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only provided if the headlining act cancels the show or if the show is postponed. When a show is canceled, refunds are processed through the venue and notice is given to customers via the email address they used to purchase tickets. All refunds are given in the same manner as the tickets were originally purchased.
If you'd like to transfer your tickets to someone else, you may do so. However, they'll need to provide a photo of the person's ID who purchased the tickets, when they check-in to have the tickets scanned.
If a show is postponed, the ticket is automatically transferred to the new date. If you are unable to attend on the new date you may request a refund at shows@theregencylive.com.
Yes. There's a ticket platform fee, venue fee, credit card fee and taxes.
If you'd like to avoid the nominal ticketing fee you can wait and purchase tickets at the door. However, we do not guarantee availability on the day-of. If a show sells-out prior to doors opening, there will be no tickets available. It's a risk. That's why we recommend getting your tickets online.
You can also avoid the credit card fee by paying cash at the door.
The Regency Live strongly encourages you to only purchase tickets from our official website or the headliner's official website.
Ticket purchases from any other third party (StubHub, SeatGeek, Vivid Seats, Gametime, etc.) are not guaranteed to be authentic and subsequently do not guarantee entry. When purchasing outside of official sources, you risk receiving counterfeit/duplicate tickets. The Regency Live only sells tickets through OpenDate. We do not have relationships with any other ticket vendor so if problems arise, we will not be able to assist or verify your information. This means you may forfeit money spent and still not gain entry to the event. Please consult our events page to purchase tickets to our shows. If you have questions/concerns please contact us for guidance – we are happy to help!
The Regency Live is a multi-level venue that offers standing, row, cabaret and lounge seating options, or a combination thereof. On occasion, final configuration may not be determined until the week of the show and is subject to change with or without notice. Please refer to the specific show details on the ticketing page or contact us for more information.
Yes! However, seating arrangements vary by show.
To determine the seating arrangement for a specific show of interest please visit the event’s ticket page or contact us.
The earlier the better. The Regency Live is designed so most seats have an amazing view of the stage. However, some seats have a partial view of the stage. Seating arrangements vary on a show-by-show basis. For large shows, it’s not uncommon for lines to form early in the day. Other times, you could arrive when the doors open and still find a preferred spot. Since finding a “good place” is based on personal preference, we recommend that you arrive as early as you’re comfortable waiting in line.
The balcony is open for most shows. For some events it is open to GA, but for most it is an "add-on" that can be reserved when purchasing your ticket.
The mezzanine is opened for shows that will be at or near, full occupancy; for private party reservation; or when we offer VIP Experience and Bottle Service packages. For some shows the mezzanine is open to GA, but for most it is an "add-on" that can be reserved when purchasing your ticket.
It is possible for a ticket to launch with both of these areas closed, then become available closer to the show or day-of show.
The Regency Live is committed to providing an accessible experience for all attendees. We are wheelchair accessible. If you'd like to make a specific request, email shows@theregencylive.com at least 14 days prior to the show you're attending so we have time to respond and work on accommodating your request.
Music is our passion, but safety is our priority! We strive to make every show a safe and pleasurable experience. The Regency Live is constructed of fire-rated materials that meet or exceed all modern fire and assembly codes. You are always within 30 feet of an exit. All exits are clearly marked and located at every corner of the building on both levels. In the unlikely event an incident occurs, stay calm, follow staff directions and proceed to the NEAREST fire exit rather than retracing your steps to the main entrance.
